What this role is responsible for
- Residential and commercial field work
- Mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, and seasonal services
- Equipment care, safe work habits, and professional property conduct
- Opportunity to grow into more responsibility as skills and reliability increase

$21–$30 / hour
Field leadership role for someone who can keep a crew moving, protect quality, communicate clearly, and make sure every property is finished to Clean Edge standards.
What this role is responsible for
- Lead daily routes and field execution
- Coach crew members and verify finished work
- Communicate job issues, photos, notes, and completion status
- Help protect equipment, schedule discipline, safety, and customer experience
